Discord bot hosting: create, start and manage your bot

Build a bot from your Discord application, start it on the hosting service, then return to the dashboard whenever you need to change settings or inspect status.

Create your bot

What hosted Discord bot management includes

Build Discord Bots generates and hosts a bot based on your Discord application and selected modules. After hosting starts, it runs in a container managed through the platform’s Bot Agent, so closing the dashboard or browser does not stop it. The dashboard is where you create a bot, select modules, configure server settings, and use Start, Stop, Restart, Overview and Logs.

Continuous hosting is not an uptime guarantee: Discord connectivity, host availability, a valid token and correctly enabled intents still matter. The platform attempts recovery for a bot meant to be running, but repeated failures can pause automatic recovery until you repair the cause. Test a real command after a start or a configuration change.

Create and start a hosted bot

1. Connect your application

Create a Discord application and bot user, then enter its token in the bot’s settings. The name and avatar belong to that Discord application.

2. Choose features

Use Build from scratch to name the bot and select modules. Add or change module settings from the bot’s Modules tab.

3. Invite and verify

Use the creation checklist to add the bot to a server you manage and start hosting, then run a small command such as /ping.

Free includes hosting for one bot, 10 custom commands and one day of hosting-log retention. Pro includes three bots, 200 custom commands and 30 days of hosting-log retention. Module access also depends on its own tier: a bot can be online while a Pro-only module feature remains unavailable on Free.

Bot hosting FAQ

Do I need to keep my computer on?

No. Once you start hosting, the bot runs on the hosting server; return to the dashboard to manage it.

Does hosting mean the bot never goes offline?

No. Service availability and valid Discord configuration still matter. Use Overview and Logs to investigate an offline bot.

What should I check when a bot does not answer?

Confirm it was invited to the intended server, the needed module is enabled, and it can read and send messages in the test channel. Check its recent logs without sharing its token.
